Position
LFB Media Group is currently seeking an energetic, self-motivated Account Executive to join the team in our LA office and support integrated PR campaigns and events for global hotels, restaurant groups and spirits brands.

Requirements

Qualifications
● 1-2 years of PR experience
● Self-starter and critical thinker who accepts “ownership” of his/her workload and can also take direction
● Exceptional writing skills for press releases, media alerts, status reports and client communication
● Detail oriented with excellent organizational, problem solving and communication skills
● Interest in working with hospitality and spirits brands
● Ability to work across several accounts independently with a positive and proactive attitude
● Strong media contacts and a desire to develop and maintain personal relationships with key media and influencers
● Ability and enthusiasm to consistently secure quality media placements
● Event experience, specifically with red carpets, media check-in and guest list management
● Proficient across all social media platforms
● Proficient in Microsoft Office, Keynote, and media monitoring services such as Cision, Meltwater, etc.
● Ability to perform within a fast-paced, multi-priority setting

Responsibilities

Responsibilities
● Play a key utility/support role on assigned accounts by tracking media placements, proactively pitching media, contributing to influencer programs, and preparing administrative materials for client distribution
● Contribute to client communications plans through creative ideation and strategic implementation
● Conduct research and analysis and create necessary reports for client distribution
● Respond to requests from clients, account staff and other agency employees in a professional and timely manner
● Support events including high-profile sponsorships, brand-owned events, stunts, openings, education events and press/influencer FAM trips
● Coordinate and distribute press materials, press kits and mailings for account teams
● Attend account meetings and client events
