Do I need to register or login to apply to jobs, or use the site in general?
Yes, you need to register for the site in order to apply for jobs. You can do so by logging in here.
Will companies be able to see my Facebook page?
Companies will NOT have access to your Facebook page through the site nor will they be linked to it in any way. The only information that will be automatically pulled from your Facebook page is your profile image, which can be changed in the account info page once you've logged in. Please note we will not share your information with any third parties.
How do I apply to the jobs listed on FreeFashionJobs?
To apply, login to your account using Facebook connect. Once logged in, click on "apply for jobs." This will take you to a page where you can attach your resume and cover letter.
I live abroad. Can I apply for a job in the US?
Ability to offer jobs to those living abroad is ultimately up to the hiring manager's discretion, and we are not privy to that information.
I want to work at ______. Can you put me in contact with them?
No. We do not directly place employees, nor do we provide direct contact information. If you would like to work for a specific company, use the search option on the "find jobs" page to see if they have any positions posted on the site.
I accepted a job posted on your website, and feel uncomfortable with my employer and/or what she/he is asking of me. What should I do?
FreeFashionJobs.com has no control over, and does not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of items posted, nor the truth or accuracy of the job information posted in this database. It is the job seeker's responsibility to independently review all posting companies, offers, terms and locations of interviews/workplace. If you accept a job and do not feel safe/comfortable with your employer or workplace, remove yourself from the situation immediately. In other words, please do your homework and use common sense when applying, interviewing and accepting job opportunities.

How do I post a job on FreeFashionJobs?
Create an account by clicking on the "post a job" button located in the upper right-hand corner of the main page. Fill out the form using a company-issue email address, or your account will be deleted. Once submitted, you will be able to post your job listings instantaneously. Candidates will be able to view your listings and submit their resumes through the website, keeping your inbox free of applicant emails. Additional features include resume management and linked company accounts.
I already created an account for my company. How do I post/edit/delete a job?
Simply sign in to your account and click on "manage your jobs" in the upper right-hand corner. All of your active jobs will appear on this page for you to manage.
I lost my password. How can I retrieve it?
Go to the login page and click "forgot password".
I posted a job and have not received any email applications. What is going on?
No job applications will be sent to your email. All applications can be viewed by logging into your account and clicking the "view" button next to the relevant job post. There you can manage all applications and mark them as viewed, interview, or rejected.
I posted a job opportunity but made an error in the post. Can I edit my listing?
All job posts are unable to be edited once posted, and are non-refundable.
I posted a job opportunity but did not receive any applicants. May I have a refund?

What is an account manager? How do I change this?
By selecting the feature option, your job will appear on the front page of the site for a small fee as means to increase visibility of your post. It will be displayed for one week, effective immediately. Please note this does not guarantee applications, nor is it refundable.The account manager status is automatically given to the first person who signs up from your company to use the site. They are able to manage all users and job posts from your company. Should you like to switch who has account manager status, click on "manage users" and click the "make owner" button next to the person who you would like to have account manager status.
